Everything Looksmith knows about you can be deleted from inside the app, in one tap and with no waiting period:

  1. Open Looksmith.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear on the history screen).
  3. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

That removes every scan, photo and report stored on your phone, and — if you ever bought a deep report — the account those purchases belong to, together with its scans, reports and receipts on the server. It cannot be undone, and there is no recycle bin.

Note that a free scan never reaches a server at all: it is measured on your phone and stays there.

If you have deleted the app already and want the server side removed, write to cataha319@gmail.com from any address and say so. Accounts are anonymous, so include anything that helps identify yours — the date of the purchase and the store receipt or order number. Everything is deleted within 30 days, usually within a day.

Всё, что Looksmith о вас знает, удаляется прямо в приложении, в одно нажатие и без периода ожидания:

  1. Откройте Looksmith.
  2. Зайдите в Настройки (шестерёнка на экране истории).
  3. Нажмите Удалить всё и подтвердите.

Уйдут все разборы, фотографии и отчёты с телефона, а если вы покупали подробный отчёт — то и аккаунт, которому принадлежат покупки, вместе с его разборами, отчётами и чеками на сервере. Отменить это нельзя, корзины нет.

Бесплатный разбор до сервера вообще не доходит: он считается на телефоне и там же остаётся.

Если приложение уже удалено, а серверную часть нужно убрать — напишите на cataha319@gmail.com с любого адреса. Аккаунты анонимные, поэтому приложите всё, что поможет найти ваш: дату покупки и номер чека или заказа в магазине. Удаляем в течение 30 дней, обычно в тот же день.
